This Privacy Policy describes how {{STUDIO}} (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects information in connection with the video game {{GAME}} (the “Game”), whether accessed through our own website, a mobile application, or a third-party game platform such as CrazyGames or Poki (each, a “Platform”). By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1.1 Information stored on your device. The Game stores the following on your device using browser local storage or equivalent application storage: game progress, scores, virtual item balances, unlocked items, settings, privacy choices, which game elements you have already been shown, and a randomly generated player identifier (“Player ID”). This information is necessary to provide the Game and stays on your device except as described below.
1.2 Leaderboard information (optional). If you choose a nickname and enable leaderboards, we collect your Player ID, your nickname, your best scores (including daily run scores), and the date and time they were submitted. Nicknames and scores are displayed publicly to other players. Please do not use your real name as a nickname.
1.3 Gameplay statistics. To improve level design and fix problems, the Game sends gameplay statistics linked only to the random Player ID and a random session identifier. These include: the platform and game version; screen size and pixel density; whether the device has a touch screen; browser language and time zone; the website you arrived from; loading time; session length; levels and modes you start, finish, retry or leave; how far you get and what ended a run; scores, gems and multipliers; tutorial steps; ads shown; shop, settings and screen actions; special in-game events; and technical error messages. Statistics do not include your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or the contents of your device. Statistics are collected from when you start playing, and you can turn them off at any time under Settings. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, statistics are kept on your device and sent only after you choose “Accept”; if you choose “Necessary only”, they are deleted and not sent. Statistics are never sent after you turn off the related setting or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
1.4 Information collected by advertising partners and Platforms. Where the Game displays advertising, advertising partners and Platforms may collect information such as IP address, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, and ad interaction data, as described in Section 4.
1.5 Information we do not collect. We do not request or knowingly collect your real name, email address, telephone number, precise geolocation, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, or payment information. The Game does not currently offer purchases for real money. All fonts, music and sounds are bundled with or generated by the Game, so playing does not send requests to font or media providers.
We use information to: (a) operate the Game and save your progress; (b) display leaderboards and the daily run rankings; (c) analyze gameplay to improve levels, difficulty and features; (d) diagnose and fix errors; (e) display advertising and measure its performance; (f) detect and prevent cheating and abuse; and (g) comply with legal obligations. We do not use gameplay statistics to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell them.
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or Swiss data protection law applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (storing progress and providing the Game); legitimate interests (gameplay statistics used only to maintain and improve the Game, preventing fraud, and maintaining security), which we balance against your rights and which you may object to at any time using the choices in Section 8; and consent (leaderboards and personalized advertising). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Where local law requires consent for statistics (including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), we ask for it before statistics are sent; elsewhere, statistics are collected from the start and you may turn them off at any time.
On our own website and applications, advertising may be provided by Google LLC (including AdSense, the Ad Placement API and AdMob). These partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve, limit the frequency of, measure and, where you permit, personalize advertising. Information about how Google uses data is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. In the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, personalized advertising is shown only after consent is obtained through a certified consent management platform. Elsewhere, personalized advertising is shown only if you accept it in the Game. You may turn it off at any time under Settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of personalized advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information.
When you play the Game through a third-party Platform (for example, CrazyGames or Poki), that Platform serves the advertising, may collect information through its own software, and obtains any required consent under its own privacy policy, which governs its data practices.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, except to the extent advertising partners collect data under Section 4 with your permission. We use the following categories of service providers, which process information only on our instructions: website hosting and content delivery (Netlify, Inc.); database hosting for leaderboards and gameplay statistics (Supabase, Inc.); and advertising (Google LLC, on our own website). We may also disclose information: (a) if required by law, subpoena or other legal process; (b) to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our players or others; and (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply.
Information stored on your device remains until you delete it or reset progress in Settings. Leaderboard entries are retained until you delete them or the leaderboard is reset; daily run entries may be deleted after thirty (30) days. Gameplay statistics are retained for no longer than twenty-four (24) months, after which they are deleted or kept only in aggregated form that does not relate to any Player ID. We delete data when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
The Game is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information such as names, email addresses or precise locations from anyone, including children under thirteen (13) (or the minimum age required in your country). The random Player ID is used only to support the internal operation of the Game, such as saving progress, showing leaderboards and improving the Game through statistics; it is not used to contact anyone or to build advertising profiles. Personalized advertising is not shown unless it has been accepted, and we ask parents to keep it turned off for children. Children should not enter personal information as a nickname; nicknames are filtered and can be removed by us. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), and the consumer privacy laws of other U.S. states (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others), you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; receive it in a portable format; restrict or object to processing; opt out of targeted advertising and of any sale or sharing of personal information; withdraw consent; appeal our decision on your request; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You can exercise many of these rights directly in the Game under Settings, including turning off gameplay statistics and personalized advertising, deleting your leaderboard entry, and resetting all progress. Because we identify you only by a random Player ID, please include the Player ID shown in Settings with any other request so we can locate your data. Contact us at the address below; we will respond within the time required by law, generally within thirty (30) days (forty-five (45) days under the CCPA and similar laws). If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or state attorney general.
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where a provider participates in it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect, including encrypted connections and access controls that allow the Game to add statistics but not read them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the Game. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and {{STUDIO}} (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the video game {{GAME}} (the “Game”). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE GAME.
You may use the Game only if you can form a binding contract with us or, if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not, and may not permit others to: (a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or create derivative works of the Game; (b) rehost, frame or mirror the Game on any website or service not authorized by us; (c) decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the Game, except to the extent permitted by applicable law; (d) use cheats, bots, automation or exploits; or (e) remove any proprietary notices.
The Game may include virtual currency (“gems” or “shards”) and virtual items such as boosts, ball skins, trails and themes (collectively, “Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are currently earned through gameplay only, have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money or anything of value, and cannot be sold, traded or transferred. If we offer optional purchases in the future, additional terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and are stored on your device; they may be lost if you clear your device data. We may modify, rebalance or discontinue Virtual Items at any time without liability.
You agree not to submit any nickname or content that is unlawful, offensive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing, misleading, or that impersonates any person or contains personal information. You agree not to submit scores obtained through cheating, modification or automation, including on daily run leaderboards. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display your nickname and scores in connection with the Game. We may remove any nickname or leaderboard entry, reset leaderboards, or suspend access, at our discretion and without notice.
The Game may display advertising, including optional rewarded advertisements. Rewards are subject to ad availability and are not guaranteed. If you access the Game through a third-party platform, that platform’s terms and policies also apply, and we are not responsible for third-party services or content.
The Game, including its code, design, graphics, music, sound, name and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Third-party fonts are used under their respective licenses as identified in the Credits. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT YOUR PROGRESS OR VIRTUAL ITEMS WILL BE PRESERVED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, VIRTUAL ITEMS OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE GAME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE GAME SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US $10).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Game.
The Game contains flashing lights, rapid motion, screen shake and sudden dark screens (for example, black hole effects) that may trigger seizures in persons with photosensitive epilepsy or cause discomfort. If you experience dizziness, altered vision, twitching or loss of awareness, stop playing immediately and consult a physician. Settings → Reduced effects disables flashes and speed lines.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game, or modify or discontinue the Game, at any time. We may revise these Terms by updating the “Last updated” date above; continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of {{LAW}}, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Game. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction. Headings are for convenience only.
Questions regarding these Terms may be directed to: {{STUDIO}}, {{CONTACT}}.
